●1 tablespoon of butter
● 3 ripe avocados
● ½ cup finely chopped onion 3-4 cloves of garlic
● 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
● ¼ Thyme
● 2 cups of cream
● ¼ ground cumin
● Salt
● Black pepper

-Heat the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the grated garlic and cook for about 1 more minute. – Add lemon juice and avocados to the pot and cook. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 7 minutes.

– Mix the ingredients with the mixer until they get a smooth texture and creamy consistency.

– Return the mixture to the saucepan over medium heat. Gradually add cream, cumin, salt and pepper.
– After cooking for 5 more minutes on medium heat, garnish the plate with fresh coriander branches and serve.
